We work through our sugar rush and carb coma to talk about our new favourite thing: Les Miserables: Owarinaki Tabiji. This film is part Japanese soap opera, part BL drama with a dash of Les Mis. We go into Osakan accents, technical manslaughter, child actors that far surpass the adults, canon Valvert dates, kidnapping tips and sloppy crime scenes, M Tanube with the lead pipe in the car park, Javert in high places.
